I was elected on to the Joliet Area Bowlers Association Board of Directors in 2010. I am also the head lane inspector for the area bowling centers.
I currently bowl in the Wednesday Night Alabi League at Town & Country and Friday Night Mixed League at Strike-N-Spare II. I occasionally sub for other leagues as well.
I have multiple awards including a few 300's, 800's, 11 in a row awards including a few 299 and 298 awards. I have been apart of 3 Collegiate bowling programs: Northern Illinois University (President for 2 years), 1 year as an assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and 1 year as a member of the St. Ambrose University Bowling Team.
I love being able to bowl with my friends and have a good time as well as the challenge of improving myself by bowling on tougher patterns, like sport shots and PBA patterns. Bowling is something I have done my entire life and plan on continuing for as long as I can.
I love the sport and want to make a difference when I can. Being the youngest board member has its advantages. I feel that I can really hear the issues that come about from my age group and bring them to the board and hopefully resolve any problems. Being a board member has been and continues to be a great privilege and I enjoy being able to discuss ways to improve bowling in our area.
